Here's a true story...
Roger, from BMS FCU, contacted us because of
our the 1% Solution program offered in New Jersey.
Unfortunately, while BMS FCU is a New Jersey Credit Union,
Roger was selling a home in Connecticut and buying a home in
Massachusetts. Since A Home For Sale Realty is not yet
licensed in either state (but coming soon), we could not offer
him that program.
BUT... since service and value is our
mission, CUDRES did the next best thing.
We found agents in both states, and
negotiated a reduced listing commission, and a Buyer Rebate
for Roger.
We couldn't give him the deepest discount,
but CUDRES still saved him thousands.
